JUDITH A. REMINGTON
Judith A. Remington’s practice is limited to the areas of elder law, probate, and trust administration.
Judy graduated with the highest honors (summa cum laude) from the University of Minnesota in 1972 with a BA Degree in Political Science. She attended the University of Minnesota Law School and graduated with honors (cum laude) in 1975. She was a member of the Editorial Board and served as Note Editor for Vol. 59 of the University of Minnesota Law Review.
Judy was employed as a staff attorney for the Federal Reserve Bank in Minneapolis from 1975 to 1978. Judy and her husband, Jim, relocated to New Richmond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, where she has been active in the practice of law for over 30 years. She served as New Richmond City Attorney from 1988 to 1994. She is a member of the St. Croix County Bar Association, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and the Wisconsin Elder Law Bar Section. |
