Litigation Services

     The goal of our litigation services is to represent persons in times of difficulty in a way that respects them as individuals and fulfills their wishes.  We offer litigation in both state and federal courts.  We represent families who have been affected by injury, accident, or death; family issues such as divorce, child custody or paternity; creditor issues and bankruptcy and criminal matters. 

     Much of our concentration has been on complex litigation involving financial and related issues.  We pride ourselves on keeping our clients informed throughout the process.  We offer vigorous representation of our client’s interest when that is needed.  We also understand that there are times when a client is better served by a cooperative, realistic strategy.

     Since 1985, Jim Remington has served as a mediator for the Wisconsin Patients Compensation System.  He often serves as a neutral mediator in a variety of litigation and family law issues primarily in St. Croix, Polk, and Pierce Counties. 

     Jim Remington litigates in all areas of the law and serves as a mediator. Leah Meyer litigates family law matters.
